The City of Rocky Top, and the Rocky Top Police Department, anticipate receiving a court order authorizing the disposition of 78 firearms held in the Rocky Top Police Department inventory. The City of Rocky Top is seeking proposals from qualified vendors of law enforcement equipment, to select the most competitive proposal upon receipt of court authorization in compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-17-1317.
