Temporary Use Permit

A Temporary Use Permit authorizes short-term activities or structures that are not intended to be permanent.
Temporary Use Permits ensure compliance with applicable zoning, safety, and municipal regulations.
How to Apply
Applications for a Temporary Use Permit may be obtained:
- In person at the front counter of City Hall
- By dowloading the Application for Temporary Use Permit.
When a Temporary Use Permit is Required
A permit is required for activities such as:
- Outdoor events
- Tent sales
- Seasonal sales (e.g., fireworks, produce stands, holiday sales)
- Temporary trailers
- Construction-related temporary housing
If you are unsure whether your activity requires a permit, please contact City Hall prior to proceeding.
Permit Fee
$15.00 for up to 30 days
(Additional time, if approved, may require additional review and fees.)
Completed applications must be submitted to City Hall for review and approval.
