Use Only the Blue Refuse Cart with City Seal on the Side:
Only garbage placed inside the city-provided blue cart will be collected.
Cart Ownership: The cart belongs to the City. If it’s damaged, destroyed, or stolen, the customer must pay to replace it. Replacement cost: $100.
After Collection: Remove the cart from the roadside within 24 hours.
Not Collected: The following items will not be picked up:

Tires
Building materials
